Refund policy

At Behold Fine Art by Blair, we want you to love your new artwork! We take pride in the quality of our work and aim to provide you with beautiful lasting art prints. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our terms and policies below:


All art prints are currently printed to order and are not considered in-stock, or ready-to-ship. A friendly reminder that producing, packaging & shipping a fine art print takes time, especially when ordering during holiday seasons. Please keep this in mind along with the following information from our drop shipping printer:

 

Production (from our drop-shipper):

Production time is about 2-7 business days, depending on the size of your order and our work load. Please understand printing happens VERY quickly. The longest parts of production are after printing. All prints have to be hand trimmed, hand sorted, individually checked for quality, gathered for packing, packaged, sent to shipping where we ship 300-400 packages each day.  

November and December are ALWAYS busy months so turn around times may be exteneded. Please be aware of the holiday schedule and possible extended production times in September, October, November and December. Standard turn around times are guidelines but are NOT guaranteed.


Shipping

You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is shipped. All orders are shipped with UPS services. We are not responsible for delays via UPS, standard UPS shipping is NOT a guaranteed service. Refunds are not permitted for shipping delays as this is beyond our control after it leaves our facility.


Print storage

All prints that are shipped flat should be stored flat and possibly stored flat in the same cardboard they are shipped in. Changes in humidity can cause any paper to curl. You can make sure you are storing prints in humidity levels ranging 50-60% humidity. If you store them flat under weight in the proper humidity the prints will flatten easily. Proper humidity levels are very important for cotton fiber papers. 


Return Policy

Due to the unique nature of art prints, all sales are final. However, if your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund or return.


Refunds & Returns (if applicable)

To be eligible for a refund or return, you must:

  • Notify us of the issue or damaged print within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Provide photos of the damaged prints AND packaging, or incorrect item.

It will be up to Behold Fine Art, if the order will be reprinted, or if the cost will be refunded, for the damaged prints. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in a timely manner.


Shipping

To return your item (if applicable), you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
